摘 要:利用欧洲云杉(Picea abies)优良种源超级苗采穗圃的1 816个优良单株进行扦插无性系化,采用强化培育技术对无性系苗培育1~2 a后,调查观测各个无性系苗高、地径、新梢长、侧枝数及保存率。结果表明:欧洲云杉扦插无性系间不同性状的变异系数差异较大,其中新梢长和侧枝数的变异系数最大,与生长也相关最强,表明依据这两个性状进行无性系早期选择最有潜力。这两个性状也可能是多阶段选择的重要指标,如苗高和侧枝数存在极显著的正相关。发芽的早晚和侧枝数的多少是影响扦插苗生长的重要因子,是欧洲云杉无性系早期选择应考虑的主要性状。利用标准差法,从该批无性系中经过两次选择筛选出优良无性系136个。An experiment was conducted on cuttage breeding of 1816 superior individuals of Norway spruce (Picea abies) from the cutting orchard. Seedling height, ground diameter, length of new shoots, lateral branch number, and survival rate of the cloned seedlings were measured after the seedlings were cultivated for 1-2 years using the intensified cultivation technology. Results show that there are great differences in variation coefficients of different characters of the P. abies seedlings between different clones. The variation coefficients of length of new shoots and lateral branch number are highest, and the length of new shoots and lateral branch number show the closest correlation with seedling growth, indicating that it is relia- ble to select the cloned seedlings according to this two characters. Length of new shoots and lateral branch number are also the important indexes for multistage selection due to the highly positive correlation between seedling height and lateral branch number. Germination and lateral branch number are the important factors influencing growth of cutting seedlings, which should be considered as the main characters for the early selection of P. abies clones. A total of 136 superior clones were screened for clone estimation by standard deviation, and the most superior clones could be chosen by multi-stage selection.
