树龄和性别对天然东北红豆杉中紫杉醇及三尖杉宁碱质量分数的影响

摘　　要：在黑龙江穆棱东北红豆杉自然保护区采集了不同树龄、不同性别的天然东北红豆杉(Taxus cuspidataSieb.et Zucc.)当年生和2年生枝,利用反相高效液相色谱对108株东北红豆杉(胸径d在1.8～72.2 cm之间)枝中紫杉醇及三尖杉宁碱质量分数进行测定分析。结果表明:随树龄增加,紫杉醇质量分数呈先上升后下降的趋势,而三尖杉宁碱质量分数随树龄增加而降低。d≤15 cm和d>60 cm径级组内,雄株紫杉醇质量分数高于雌株;15 cm<d≤30 cm径级组内,雌株的紫杉醇质量分数明显高于雄株。d≤15 cm径级组内,雌株三尖杉宁碱质量分数高于雄株,此后雄株三尖杉宁碱质量分数相对于雌株增加更多;在d>60 cm径级组内,雄株紫杉醇质量分数高于雌株。总体上,在d>30 cm之后,雌雄株的紫杉醇和三尖杉宁碱质量分数变化趋势一致。Current-year needles and biennial needles were collected form Taxus cuspidata of different ages and sexes in Muling Nature Reserve of Heilongjiang Province. The contents of paciitaxel and eephalomannine in the needles were measured with HPLC. Results showed that the average content of paclitaxel in the needles first increased and then decreased with increasing age （ diameter at breast height （DBH） ranging from 1. S cm to 72.2era） ; while the average content of cephalomannine decreased with increasing age. The average content of paclitaxel in the male plants of T. cuspidata was higher than that in the female ones with DBH less than 15 cm or more than 60 cm; while the female plants contained higher paclitaxel than the male ones with DBH ranging from 15 cm to 30 cm. The average content of cephalomannine in the female plants was higher tlian that in the male ones with DBH less than 15 cm, and the average content of paclitaxel in the male plants gradually increased with increasing age. Generally, the average contents of paclitaxel and cephalomannine in the female and male plants showed the same trends when DBH was larger than 30 cm.
