摘  要:提出了具有远红外辐射功能的木质材料的一种制作方法和对其远红外辐射热效应、透射率、反射率、吸收率等性能的测试方法,分析了材料经不同质量浓度的远红外粉/MF处理液处理后的远红外辐射效果。结果表明:这一测试原理及计算方法可以用来表征远红外木质功能材料的远红外辐射效果;随着处理液质量浓度的增加,试件表面的远红外辐射透射率和反射率有所降低,远红外辐射吸收率呈递增趋势,试件的远红外辐射性能有所提高。A new wood-based composite with far-infrared radiation function was prepared. Measurement methods for far-infrared radiation performances, such as heat effect, transmissivity, reflectance and absorptanee, were introduced. Furthermore, far-infrared radiation performances of the functional wooden material impregnated with of mixtures of far-infrared material and melamine resin at different concentrations were analyzed. Results show that the performance measurement technology introduced in this paper can be used to characterize the far-infrared radiation performances of the new functional 'wooden material. And with increasing concentration of the far-infrared material and melamine resin mixtures, the far-infrared radia- tion transmissivity and reflectance of the sample surface decrease, while the far-infrared radiation absorptanee presents an increasing tendency, which means the far-infrared radiation performances of the samples are improved.
