摘　　要：目的探讨动脉健康评估(AHP)在超声评估颈动脉粥样硬化中的价值。方法采用AHP技术对446名受检者(其中正常组236人,增厚组99人,斑块组111人)的颈动脉内-中膜厚度进行自动测量,分别结合AHP自带的美国白人和黑人参考人群,获得3组颈动脉的内-中膜厚度(IMT)、血管年龄(VA)和心血管疾病风险系数(CDR)参数,并对各组参数进行分析比较。结果结合美国白人参考人群获得的正常组颈动脉IMT和CDR值与结合黑人参考人群所得值无显著差异,但VA值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。斑块组的IMT、VA和CDR值均高于增厚组和正常组(P<0.05),增厚组的IMT、VA和CDR值均高于正常组(P<0.05)。所有受检者的IMT分别与VA和CDR直线正相关(P<0.05)。结论 AHP技术可为超声评估颈动脉粥样硬化提供直观的参数,并为临床提供参考。Objective To explore the value of arterial health package（AHP） for the evaluation of carotid atherosclerosis by ultrasonography.Methods The intima-media thickness of 446 persons（236 in normal group,99 in thickness group and 111 in plaque group） was measured automatically by AHP.According to the reference population of white and negro in America,the data of intima-media thickness（IMT）,vascular age（VA） and cardiovascular disease risk（CDR） of the above three groups were obtained and compared.Results The data of IMT and CDR of the normal group according to the reference population of white had no significant difference with the data according to the reference population of negro,but the data of VA was significantly different（P〈0.05）.The data of IMT,VA and CDR of the plaque group were significantly greater than other groups（P〈0.05）.The data of IMT,VA and CDR of the thickness group were significantly greater than the normal group（P〈0.05）.The data of IMT of all three groups was correlated with the data of VA and CDR positively（P〈0.05）.Conclusion AHP can provide direct parameters for the evaluation of carotid atherosclerosis by ultrasonography,and the reference information for clinic.
