摘  要:设计了一个采用双混频时域差分技术的高分辨率的时延抖动检测系统,测试结果表明,其分辨率为20fs,准确度优于0.2ps。在20km光纤频率传输中进行了主动光学相位补偿实验测试,获得了链路时延抖动峰峰值小于1ps、均方值小于0.13ps、相位噪声抑制比大于500的实验结果。This paper demonstrates a high resolution delay jitter measurement system based on the scheme of dual mixer time difference. The experimental resuhs show that the resolution of the system is 20fs and its accuracy is better than 0.2ps. The designed delay jitter measurement system is applied and validated in a 20 km optical fiber frequency transfer system with active optical phase compensation. The peak-to-peak and the root-mean-square (RMS)delay jitter of the frequency transfer is less than 1 ps and A 0.13ps, respectively, and suppression ratio of phase noise greater than 500 are obtained.
