术中X线透视对医院骨科医师心理状态的影响及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨术中X线透视对该院骨科医师心理健康的影响及对策。方法将该院27名身心健康的骨科医师随机分为观察组(n=12)和对照组(n=15),观察组经常参加透视手术,对照组经常参加非透视手术。对比两组医师平均每周手术时间及平均每周术中透视时间,并采用状态-特质性焦虑调查表(state-trait anxi-ety inventory,STAI)评价其心理状况。结果观察组与对照组平均每周手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组平均每周术中透视时间及焦虑心理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中透视对骨科医师的心理具有负面影响,应重视手术室X线防护,减轻医师心理压力。[Objective] To investigate the influence of fluoroscopy during operation on mental health of orthopedic surgeons and its countemleasures in our hospital. [Method] A total of 27 healthy orthopedic surgeons in our hospital were divided into observing group （n =12） and control group （n =15）. Surgeons of observing group always attend fluoroscopy operation, while those of control group often participates non-fluoroscopy operation. Then the average weekly operation time and fluoroscopy time during operation of both groups were compared. Psychological states of surgeons assessed by filling out state-trait anxiety inventory （STAI）. [Result] There was no difference in terms of average weekly operation time between the two groups （P〉0.05）. However, the average weekly fluoroscopy time during operation and anxiety score in observing group were higher than those in control group, there were statistically significant between two groups （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] It demonstrated that fluoroscopy during operation has negative influence on the mental health of orthopedic surgeons. It suggested that people should be educated to enhance the awareness of protection on surgeons from X-ray in operating room, and relieve the psychological stress of doctors.
