娱乐场所一般工作人员性病患病状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解娱乐场所一般工作人员性病患病状况并分析影响因素。方法对张家界市娱乐场所的275名女性一般工作人员进行STD患病率调查、实验室检测和行为认知调查。结果①STD总患病率37.45%,非淋的患病率最高(34.55%),其中艾滋病、软下疳、生殖器疱疹及性病性淋巴肉芽肿4种性病的患病率都为0.00%。②未患性病组与患性病组在籍贯、工龄、文化程度有显著性的差异③在患病组与未患性病组中对性病相关知识回答的正确率有显著性差异,除对"同事感染后怎么办"的回答正确率无显著性差异外,其他问题未患性病组的回答正确率高于患性病组。结论娱乐场所一般工作人员性病患病率较高,应针对其影响因素制定出预防措施,要加强这一人群对于性病的宣传教育,预防各种性病的发生。【Objective】 To explore the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases（STDs） and its influencing factors about female ordinary workers in entertainment.【Methods】 STDs prevalence survey,laboratory testing and cognitive investigation were conducted in 275 female who works in entertainment spots-Zhangjiajie.【Results】 The total prevalence rate of STDs was 37.45%,and the rate of nongonococcal was the highest which up to 34.55%.The prevalence rate of HIV/AIDS,soft chancre,genital herpes and venereal lymphogranuloma were 0.00%,respectively.There were significant difference in the origin,length of service,education level between the non-sicken group and the sicken group.Compared with sicken group of non-sex worker,the accurate rate of STDs knowledge in the sex group were higher,excepting the question about ＇what should you do if colleague is infected.【Conclusion】 The ordinary workers has a highly prevalence rate of STDs in entertainment,therefore,it is necessary for us to develop preventive measures to cope with its impact factor,and to conduct propaganda in order to prevent the occurrence of STDs.
