摘  要:板形仪是板形控制系统的重要组成部分,它的准确性直接关系到实际板形控制效果。研究了1550单机架四辊不可逆箔材轧机气动轴承板形仪测量原理和信号处理方法。通过对电信号进行插值、平滑处理,再根据板形仪测量辊径向载荷与箔材平直度测关系得到箔材平直度测量值。该板形仪在实际生产过程中应用取得良好的效果。Shape meter is the important unit in the flatness control system. Its accuracy can affect flatness of rolling products at the working line. The working principle of air bearing shape meter and signal processing method of the 1550 four-high irreversible single cold foil rolling mill have been investigated. The flatness measuring value has been obtained by inter- polation value, electrical signal smooth processing and the calculated flatness value received from the relationship of radial direction load on measuring roll and shape meter. The air bearing shape meter is being used with excellent result at the worksite now.
