摘 要:文章采用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件Fluent,对液压打桩锤主控滑阀内部流场进行可视化数值模拟;从理论上分析了主控滑阀内部流体的物理规律,并且给出了滑阀稳态液动力的CFD求解思路;分别在进口节流和出口节流情况下,研究了阀杆直径的变化所引起的台肩壁面正应力分布变化和阀杆圆周面切应力分布变化,进而分析了阀杆直径和台肩直径关系对稳态液动力的影响并进行了实验验证。研究发现在特定的阀杆与台肩直径关系下,主控滑阀稳态液动力数值较小并且滑阀功率消耗没有显著增加,所得结果为滑阀的结构参数设计提供了参考依据。The visual numerical simulation of flow field inside the main control spool valVe of hydraulic pile driving hammer was carried out by using the computational fluid dynamics(CFD) software Flu- ent. The physics laws of the flow field inside the valve were theoretically analyzed, and the CFD ideas to solve the steady-state flow force of the valve were presented. The changes of normal stress distribution of the shoulder wall and shear stress distribution of the stem circumference caused by the change of stem diameter were researched under the meter-in and meter-out conditions respectively. Then the influence of the relationship between the stem diameter and the shoulder diameter on, the steady-state flow force was tested. It is found that in a particular relationship between the stem diameter and the shoulder diameter, the steady-state flow force of the spool valve is small in value without a significant increase of power consumption. The results provide a reference for the design of the structural parameters of the spool valve.
