松郁安神方对不同中医证型失眠患者血浆中5-羟色胺及多巴胺水平的影响  

Influence of Songyu Anshen Formula on the Level of 5-hydroxy Tryptamine and Dopamine in Insomnia Patients with Different TCM Syndromes

摘　　要：目的观察松郁安神方对肝郁化火及阴虚火旺证单纯性失眠患者血浆中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)的影响,探讨其治疗失眠的可能作用机制。方法 60例单纯性失眠患者中肝郁化火和阴虚火旺患者各30例,均予松郁安神方治疗8周。两组患者治疗前后进行阿森斯失眠量表(Athens)评定及测定血浆5-HT和DA含量。结果两组患者治疗后Athens评分与本组治疗前比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后5-HT水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),DA水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论松郁安神方对肝郁化火证和阴虚火旺证失眠患者疗效确切,可能是升高5-HT含量及降低DA含量而起到改善睡眠的作用。Objective To study the effect and possible mechanism of Songyu Anshen Formula [-Formula of Gansong （Rhizo- ma Nardostachyos） and Yujin （Radix Curcurnae） for calming the mind] on insomnia by observing its influence on 5-hydroxy tryptamine （5-HT） and dopamine （DA） of simple insomnia patients with the syndrome of stagnated liver qi transformed into fire and syndrome of yin deficiency with fire in TCM. Methods Sixty simple insomnia patients, 301 with the syndrome of stag- nated liver qi transformed into fire and 30 with the syndrome of yin deficiency with fire, were treated with Songyu Anshen For- mula for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment, use Athens Insomnia Scale （AIS） to evaluate the patients and the contents of plasma 5-HT and DA of both group were measured. Results There was statistical difference in the AIS score of both groups in the self-group comparison with before treatment （P〈0.05）. The level of 5-HT of both groups was increased significantly （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and the level of DA was decreased significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Songyu Anshen Formula is significantly effective for the insomnia patients with stagnated liver qi transformed into fire and yin deficiency with fire. It improves sleep probably through increasing 5-HT and decreasing DA.
