摘　　要：介绍了石油开采使用的螺杆钻具等壁厚定子的电解加工工艺方法。相比非等壁厚螺杆钻具定子,等壁厚的螺杆钻具定子衬套受力均匀、耐磨损、寿命长。电解加工此类结构成本低、效率高,是理想的加工方法。其关键技术在于电极的设计和制造,以及电解加工设备及其相应完善的配套设施。This article represents a method of electrochemical machining stator drilling tool used in oil exploiting, which has equal wall thickness of screw stem. Compared with unequal wall thickness＇s stator, the bush of this stator can bear uniform power, abrasion, and has long life. The method of electrochemical machining for this kind of structure is perfect. It will reduce the cost, increase efficiency. The key technology is design and manufacture of electrode, perfect attachments and assorted establishments.
