摘  要:目的通过超声评价骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchyal stem cells,MSCs)在外周神经缺损修复中的价值。方法利用壳聚糖包被中药单体川芎嗪制备的缓释微球和胶原蛋白混合构建组织诱导性神经导管,应用大鼠MSCs予体外诱导,选择Wistar大鼠8只,随机分为MSCs组和无MSCs组,分别在连接后7 d、30 d和90 d时应用超声跟踪观察缺损神经的生长修复情况。结果 MSCs组神经导管内的缺损神经生长早于无MSCs组,MSCs组神经导管内的缺损神经纤维数量多于无MSCs组,MSCs组神经导管降解快于无MSCs组。结论 MSCs能显著促进缺损神经的修复。而超声对于评价MSCs在周围神经缺损修复中的作用具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the role of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in repairing the peripheral nerve defects by ultrasound. Methods The organization of induced nerve conduit was builded by tetramethylpyrazine coated slow-release microspheres using chitosan and collagen, and then were induced by the rat bone marrow MSCs in vitro. 8 Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into MSCs group and non-MSCs group, The situations of growth and repair in nerve defects were observed by ultrasound, 7 d, 30 d and 90 d, respectively after being connected. Results The growth of defected nerve in MSCs group is earlier than that in non-MSCs group, the number of defected nerve fiber in MSCs group is more than that in non-MSCs group. The degradation of nerve conduits in the former is faster than that in the latter. Conclusion MSCs can significantly promote the repair of nerve defects. Meanwhile, ultrasound has an important value in evaluating the role of MSCs in repairing peripheral nerve defects.
