基于生态位理论的产业发展适宜性综合评价——以广东为例

摘　　要：从世界产业发展趋势来看,无论是石化产业还是钢铁工业,重心均向发展中国家转移,亚太地区逐渐成为世界上最重要的石化区和钢铁生产基地。从我国的发展趋势看,消费市场广阔但供应相对不足的东部沿海地区和华南沿海地区成为今后产业发展的热点,但资源环境压力迫切要求合理的生产力布局。围绕产业合理布局这一问题,引入生态位理论,提出产业集群生态位概念,在态势理论的指导下构建系统的指标体系和评价模型,通过计算得到生态位最高的一批产业集群所在地,因此得到产业发展区位选择的目标地。最后以广东省为例展开案例研究,最终得到了相应的结论。In this article, the theory of niche is applied to the location choice of industrial development in coastal zones, a concept of industry cluster niche and three assumptions are proposed： 1） every county in coastal zone is the spatial vector of industrial cluster; 2） the areas with high niche are the destination of location choice for industry; 3） the long-term development of industry cluster is mainly determined by resource constraints. We outline two characteristics of industrialy cluster niche： multidimensional and dynamic. The article constructs index system and evaluation model, and finally gives an empirical analysis on Guangdong province. Through suitability evaluation, the areas with high degree （ II level） of suitability are mainly distributed in western Guangdong coastal areas, the lowers （IV level） are mainly in the Pearl River Delta region, the rest is in the middle level （III level）. On the basis of suitability evaluation and dominance evaluation, the article makes a comprehensive evaluation, and the results show that apart from Mazhang in Zhanjiang City, the areas with III level （middle） are in the Pearl River Delta region, and ultimately note the development conditions of industry in the Pearl River Delta are superior to other regions. Overall, in the current conditions of the natural environment and socio-economic conditions, Mazhang in western Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta Area are in relatively mature time of developing industry. Finally, in order to classify the results of the evaluation, we conduct a cluster analysis, and find out that all types including weak type of dominance as well as general type of dominance and strong type of dominance, have a common characteristics that the values of B 1 （suitability of resources） are very low, indicating that the coastal region of Guangdong is lack of resources, particularly land and water resources, which will be an important reason to restrict large-scale development in future.
