摘 要:在单级设计载荷法的基础上,考虑传动系统各部件所选材料、载荷和循环次数的影响,提出多级设计载荷法。以混凝土运输车搅拌桶减速器为例,描述从载荷测试到编制减速器传动系统的全工况载荷谱和齿轮疲劳载荷谱的过程。根据齿轮的疲劳载荷谱,分别用单级设计载荷法和多级设计载荷法计算各齿轮的弯曲当量转矩和接触当量转矩,并用两种方法计算的当量载荷和全工况载荷谱计算减速机齿轮的安全系数。由单级设计载荷校核减速机齿轮的安全系数不能满足设计要求,与此减速机实际使用状况良好的事实不符,而由多级设计载荷法计算的安全系数与采用全工况载荷谱的安全系数一致性很好,说明多级设计载荷法的合理性。Based on the single level design load method,a new multilevel design loads method was proposed,which takes the differences of materials,loads' circles and amplitudes of every gear in the drive chain into account.The new method was verified by the design process of a reducer used for a cement mixer.In the verified process,single level design load method and multilevel design loads method were used respectively to get the bending equivalent torque and pitting equivalent torque of gears based on the fatigue load spectrums.The safety factors were calculated with all case load spectrum and two equivalent torques.Although the reducer worked very well in practice,the safety factors got by single lever design load could not meet the requirements of design standards,while that of multilevel design loads method do very well.The results suggest that the multilevel design loads method is more reasonable.
