番茄酱渣与苜蓿混合制粒成型工艺及成型性研究

摘　　要：通过对番茄酱渣与苜蓿混合制粒的成型性研究,确定了适宜的番茄酱渣与紫花苜蓿混合制草颗粒饲料的水分、草颗粒直径和原料配比。结果表明:番茄酱渣与紫花苜蓿混合制草颗粒饲料的最佳方案为番茄酱渣与苜蓿配比为70∶30,草颗粒含水率30%,草颗粒直径为25mm。The formability of grass particle made of tomato sauce residue mixed with alfalfa was studied, and the optimum water content, grass particle diameter and the ratio of raw materials were determined. The results indicated that the optimum solution of grass particle made of tomato sauce residue mixed with alfalfa was as that： the ratio of tomato sauce residue and alfalfa was 70 ： 30 , water content 30% and grass particle diameter of 25 mm.
