摘　　要：本文从国外寄存图书馆的产生与发展历史入手,辨析了两种寄存图书馆——政府出版品寄存图书馆和低利用率文献寄存图书馆的主要差异,并从更广阔的视域上概括出二者的本质共同点,指出二者的本质共同点构成了"寄存图书馆模式"的基本特征,并就未来应用寄存图书馆模式开发多种文化信息资源提出了设想。Starting from the emergence and development of depository library in foreign countries, this article analyzes the main differences between two kinds of depository libraries respectively as government publication depository library and the low utilization literature depository library, generalizes the similarity in essence between them from more extensive view, indicates that the similarity in essence constitutes the basic characteristic of the pattern of depository library, and puts forward some tentative ideas on the application of the pattern of depository library in developing various cultural information resources in the future.
