摘  要:IGCC电厂合成气的组分及热值对燃气轮机和整个IGCC电厂的稳定运行至关重要,合成气热值调整由合成气饱和器及相关系统完成。简述了IGCC电厂的合成气饱和器类型及其它类型的合成气混合和热值调整装置及系统,并对水饱和器进行了模拟分析。总结了合成气水饱和器和蒸汽饱和器的特点及其出口参数的影响因素,并对这2种合成气饱和器进行了比较。结果表明,水饱和器的注水温度和流量影响出口合成气温度和组分,蒸汽饱和器入口合成气的温度和流量对出口合成气的温度和组分有较大影响。The composition and calorific value of syngas in IGCC power plant are very important for stable operation of the gas turbine and the whole power plant,the adjustment of calorific value is fulfilled by syngas saturator and related systems. The types of syngas saturator in IGCC power plant as well as other types of syngas mixer and calorific value adjusting devices have been briefly expounded,and the water type saturator being simulated and analysed. The features and affecting factors for water type saturator and steam type saturator of syngas have been summarized up, and the two types of syngas saturator being compared. The comparison shows that the outlet temperature and flow rate of condensate from the water type saturator affect the temperature and composition of the outlet syngas; the temperature and flow rate of inlet syngas of steam type saturator have larger influence upon the temperature and composition of the syngas.
