摘 要:采用GCF型高压釜模拟高于350℃下的水汽环境,对20G、T22、SA210A-1等3种火电机组水汽系统常用材质进行了十八胺成膜试验,依据硫酸铜点滴试验、交流阻抗、极化曲线等方法评价成膜效果,并利用Matlab 6.5对结果进行回归分析。结果表明:在温度为470~490℃,十八胺浓度为60~70mg/L,恒温时间为3~5h,pH值为8.8左右时,3种金属材料表面均能形成很好的保护膜,其中pH值对成膜效果影响最大,最佳pH值为9.0。此外,十八胺在不同金属表面成膜效果存在差异。By using GCF type high -pressure cauldron to simulate the water -steam environment higher than 350 ℃ ,the film- forming test of three kinds of metals commonly used in water -steam systems of thermal power units,namely 20G,T22,and SA210A- 1 ,has been carried out by using pure octadecyl amine under water- steam environment of temperature higher than 350 ℃, and the effectiveness of film -forming being evaluated by using methods of copper sulfate spot out test, ac resistance, and the polarization curve. The regression analysis of film - forming results has been carried out using software MATLAB 6.5. Results show that the very good film can form on surface of three said metallic materials under temperature 470-490 ℃ ,and the concentration of octadecy lamine being 60-70 mg/L, the time of constant temperature being 3-5 h,and the pH value being about 8. 8,among mese iactors, the influence of pH value upon film -forming effectiveness is the largest,the optimal pH value is 9.0. The film-forming effectiveness of octadecylamine on surface of different metallic materials boasts difference.
