摘 要:对某HG670/13.7-L.PM19型循环流化床(CFB)锅炉30种运行工况进行测量,并采用最优回归分析法对影响炉膛出口烟温变化的锅炉负荷、燃煤收到基灰分、收到基挥发分、收到基低位发热量、给煤粒径、床压、一次风率、上二次风率、下二次风率、炉膛出口氧量等因素进行分析。结果表明,参数变化对炉膛出口烟温的影响幅度由大到小排列,依次为配风方式、床压、氧量、给煤粒径。床压和给煤粒径的改变需要时间较长,一般情况下不用于调节炉膛出口烟温。为防止炉膛出口烟气超温,在维持其它参数稳定的前提下,最便捷有效的手段是改变配风方式或提高氧量。在不同煤质条件下,有关参数对炉膛出口烟温的影响趋势和影响幅度不同。Under thirty op urement has been carried flue gas temperature vari erating conditions of one HG 670/13.7 -LPM19 type CFB boiler,the measout. By using optimal regression analysis method, some factors affecting the ation at furnace outlet, such as boiler load, ash in fuel coal on received basis (RB), volatile matters on RB, net calorific value on RB, particle size of feed coal, bed pressure, primary air flow rate, upper secondary air flow rate, lower secondary air flow rate, oxygen quantity at the fur nace outlet etc., have been analysed. The magnitude of influence resulted from the said parameters ' variation,from big to small, is listed as in the following:air distribution mode, bed pressure, oxygen quantity,particle size of feed coal. The change of bed pressure and particle size of feed coal requires longer time, being not used to regulate the flue gas temperature at furnace outlet under general conditions. In order to prevent over - temperature of flue gas at furnace outlet, under prerequisity of keeping other parameters to be stable,the most convenient,rapid,and effective meams is changing the air dis tribution mode or enhancing the oxygen quantity. The influence of related parameters is different in tendency and magnitude.
