摘 要:针对某火电机组烟气CO2捕集系统设备腐蚀情况,分析系统腐蚀原因,指出烟气中复杂成分致使乙醇胺降解产生的产物是捕集系统发生腐蚀的主要原因。此外,运行参数控制不当也会导致系统腐蚀。对此,提出了选择适当材料制作易腐蚀部件、在溶液加入缓蚀剂、清除捕集系统杂质等减缓系统腐蚀的措施。Directing against the corrosion situation in capture sytem of CO2 from flue gas in one thermal power plant,the cuases leading to corrosion in said sytem have been analysed, pointing out the main cause resulting in corrosion of said capture system is the products from ethanolamine degradation due to complex composition of the flue gas. In addition to this, non - suitable control of parameters in operation can also result in corrosion in said system. For this, some measures for alleviating corrosion in the said system,such as selecting suitable materials to manufacture the parts easily to be corroded, injecting inhibitor into the solution, and cleaning foreign matters out from the capture system, etc. , have been put forward.
