大白菜硝酸盐含量和叶片SPAD值与氮肥用量关系研究

摘　　要：在大田条件下对大白菜硝酸盐含量和叶片SPAD值与氮肥施用量的关系进行了研究。结果表明,在设置N 0～240 kg/hm2的施用量范围内,不同生育阶段的大白菜硝酸盐含量和叶片SPAD值都呈现出随施氮量增加而增加的趋势,二者与施氮量之间都存在着较明显的正相关关系。而且通过测定次最新完全展开叶叶片左、右和顶部三点测得的大白菜SPAD值与施氮量之间的正相关关系最为明显。The relationship of nitrogen application dose with nitrate content and leaf SPAD value in Chinese cabbage were studied.The results showed that there were positive correlations between nitrogen application dose,nitrate content,and leaf SPAD value in different life phase of Chinese cabbage when the nitrogen application dose was 0～240 kg/hm2.Moreover,the positive relationship between leaf SPAD value and nitrogen application dose determined on the left,right,and top region of the latest fully expansion leaf was most obvious.
