摘  要:人工控制条件下对宝兴鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata cv.Baoxing)和金丝岭鸭茅(D.glomerata cv.Jin-siling)的耐高温性能进行评价。结果表明,随着胁迫温度的升高,鸭茅幼苗叶片的相对电导率和游离脯氨酸含量均呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性先上升后下降。对3项生理指标的分析表明两份鸭茅材料均具有一定的耐高温性能,在试验条件下宝兴鸭茅的耐高温性能略强于金丝岭鸭茅。The high temperature tolerance of two Dactylis glomerata materials,D.glomerata cv.Baoxing and Jinsiling was evaluated under artificial conditions.The relative conductance rate,contents of dissociated proline and SOD activity in seedling leaves were detected.Results showed that as the heat temperature strengthened,the relative conductance rate and dissociated proline content increased in both materials;While the activity of SOD increased first,then decreased,indicating that the two materials had heat resistant mechanism.D.glomerata cv.Baoxing represented slightly higher resistance against high temperature than D.glomerata cv.Jinsiling under experimental conditions.
