湖北襄阳地区规模化牛场产气荚膜梭菌的分离和鉴定

摘　　要：为了检测湖北襄阳地区规模化牛场产气荚膜梭菌(Clostridium perfringens)的分布现状,调查健康牛群中该菌的流行情况,从襄阳地区4个规模化牛场采集样品进行产气荚膜梭菌的分离和鉴定。经过选择性培养基分离培养,结合菌落特征、革兰氏染色镜检和生化试验鉴定,结果从68个新鲜粪便样品和24个环境样品中共分离得到产气荚膜梭菌8株,分离率为8.7%。表明襄阳地区健康牛群中的产气荚膜梭菌与报道的国内其他地区相比检出率较低。The Clostridium perfringens in the samples from 4 scale cattle farms were isolated and identified to test the distribution of C.perfringens in scale cattle herds in Xiangyang of Hubei and the epidemic situation in healthy cattle herds was investigate.Through selective isolated culture,8 strains of C.perfringens were isolated from 68 fresh fecal samples and 24 environmental samples conbining the colony characteristics and the results of microscopic examination after gram staining and biological characteristics.It showed that the detection rate of C.perfringen in the healty cattle herds of Xiangyang was 8.7% that was lower than other regions of China.
