摘 要:研究了软包装锂离子电池不同工作SOC范围的循环寿命及电池利用率和夹板在循环寿命改进中所起到的作用,优化电池应用方法。实验电池分别在SOC0%~100%、10%~90%、20%~80%和30%~70%之间进行循环,结果表明减小电池工作SOC范围对电池寿命影响不大,但电池利用率明显降低;夹板对电池循环寿命改进明显。软包装锂离子电池在实际应用中应适当扩大SOC工作范围,能够提高电池在使用寿命期间的总能量转化量;同时使用夹板提高其循环寿命。The cycle life and the efficiency of soft package lithium-ion battery cycled in different SOC scales and the effect of splints on improving the cycle life were discussed, and the method for optimal applications was proposed. The cycle life of test batteries cycled between 0%-100%, 10%-90%, 20%-80% and 30%-70% had no significant difference, but the efficiency reduced significantly; the splints greatly improved the battery cycle life. The soft package lithium-ion battery should be used under appropriately larger SOC scale to maximize the amount of energy conversion, and meanwhile, the splints should be used to improve the cycle life.
