摘　　要：针对我国经济社会发展的供水安全保障能力不足、可持续发展的水生态与环境安全保障脆弱、应对突发事件的水资源安全保障能力薄弱、气候变化和人类活动双重影响导致水资源安全形势更加严峻等,提出保障国家水资源安全的目标、主要任务和对策措施,以及今后5～10年我国重大水资源配置工程建设主要任务。With the purpose of dealing with serious issues related to water security, such as ineffective capacity of safeguarding water supply security for social and economic development, fragile safeguarding system for sustainable aquatic ecology and environment, vulnerable water safeguarding ability to deal with emergent events as well as worse water security situation caused by climate change and human intervention, this paper proposed the objectives, major tasks and of safeguarding national water resources security. Besides, this paper also put forward the construction tasks of major water resources deployment projects in the coming 5-10 years.
