摘　　要：《辽河流域水资源综合规划》内容包括水资源及开发利用现状、水资源供需分析、水资源配置、水生态保护、水资源管理制度建设、实施安排意见及效果评价、环境影响评价和保障措施等方面内容。本规划将作为今后一段时间辽河流域水资源开发、利用、保护、管理的基本依据。The Liaohe River Basin Integrated Water Resources Plan consists of the status quo of water resource and its utilization, supply and demand analysis, water resources allocation, aquatic ecology protection, construction of water resources management mechanism, implementation plan and benefits analysis, as well as environmental impact assessment and guarantee measures. Approved by the State Council, the Plan will be the foundation of water resources development, utilization, protection and management in the Liaohe River Basin in the coming future.
