摘　　要：海河流域水资源综合规划是全国水资源综合规划的重要组成部分。规划工作于2002年启动,到2009年年底结束,历时8年,完成了水资源调查评价、水资源规划编制和行政协调3个阶段的工作以及1项专项规划和3项专题研究。海河流域水资源综合规划提出的南水北调工程实施条件下的流域水资源配置方案和水资源可持续利用对策,将指导海河流域今后20年的水利管理与建设,为实行最严格的水资源管理、支持海河流域经济社会可持续发展发挥重大作用。As an important component of National Integrated Water Resources Planning, it took 8 years to complete the Haihe River Basin Integrated Water Resources Plan, which was started in 2002 and ended at the end of 2009. The whole process consisted of three phases, namely investigation and assessment of water resources, formulation of water resources planning and political consultation. And one special plan and three thematic plans were completed. With the prerequisite of the implementation of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the water resources deployment scheme and countermeasures on sustainable water resources utilization proposed in the Haihe River Basin Integrated Water Resources Plan will guide water resources management and water project construction of the Haihe River Basin in the following 20 years. This will play a significant role in implementing the most stringent water management system and supporting sustainable socio-economic development in the Haihe River Basin.
