摘  要:以东北黑土区主推玉米品种郑单958和农大364为研究材料,对大田条件下玉米果穗形态变化和子粒蛋白质组分进行了比较分析。结果表明,在玉米整个生育期,果穗长度、粗度和体积均呈"S"型曲线变化,且其生长发育和播后天数之间符合二次多项式关系。随着玉米生育进程的推进,可溶性蛋白的比例呈现先上升后下降的变化规律,而贮藏蛋白比例呈现先降低后上升的变化趋势。通过对蛋白质组分的分析,可为今后开展玉米蛋白质调控机理研究及子粒加工品质筛选提供理论依据。Zhengdan 958 and Nongda 364 were adopted in this experiment, morphology and protein compositions of ears of maize (Zea mays L.) varieties were comparatively studied under field condition. The results showed that morphology index changed with an "S" curve of shape during the whole growth period, and all the indexes fit a polynomial model. The proportion of soluble protein increased first and then decreased, and attained the lowest at dough period. However, the proportion of storage protein decrease followed by increase and reached the peak values at the same period. The analysis of protein compositions of grain in maize field can provide a basis for further understanding mechanism of protein regulation and screening of processing quality.
