摘　　要：介绍了辣椒花药培养、游离小孢子培养及子房培养的研究概况;对影响培养的各主要因素,如供试材料基因型、培养条件、小孢子发育、胚状体或愈伤组织的发生及植株再生等进行综述;并讨论了辣椒3种单倍体培养方法存在的问题及未来研究的方向,为开展辣椒单倍体培养提供了借鉴。Brief introduction was presented on the progress of anther culture, isolated microspore culture and unfertilized ovary culture of pepper. The key factors effecting culture were summarized in this paper, including genotypes, culture condition, the stage of pollen development, embryo or callus induction and plant regeneration. The comment on the question and prospect of three culture ways of haploid was proposed and provide reference for haploid production of pepper.
