摘 要:利用Fluent软件,对低流速(0.0033 m/s≤u≤0.05 m/s)情况下3种不同结构(曲率半径为32 mm,弯曲角度分别为45°、60°和75°)的波浪管内流动和传热特性进行数值研究。研究表明,弯曲角度对波浪管的流动和传热特性具有很大影响;在相同雷诺数(Re)时,波浪管的努塞尔数(Nu)和摩擦阻力系数(f)均有增加,振幅(A)越大,f增加也越大,振幅波长比(μ)对Nu的增大起着决定性作用;在20≤Re≤300范围内,波浪管的Nu最大可增加166.3%,同时f增长幅度为52.6%。The flow and heat transfer characteristics of three different micro-wavy tubes with different configuration parameters(the curve radius is 32 mm,and the curve angles are 45°,60° and 75°,respectively) in low-velocity(0.0033m/s≤u≤0.05m/s) flow are considered,using software Fluent for computing fluid dynamics.The results show that the curve angle plays an important role in the flow and heat transfer charac-teristics of micro-wavy tubes.The Nu numbers and friction coefficients f are much larger compared with that of straight tube with the same diameter,f increases when the amplitude becomes larger and the ratio of μplays a decisive role in Nu numbers.When 20≤Re≤300,the Nu number and the friction coefficient f are in-creased by as much as 166.3% and 52.6%,respectively.
