摘　　要：农民增收、农业增长、农村稳定已经成为当今社会亟待解决的热点问题,而科技创新是应对"三农"问题的有效手段,也是实现农业腾飞的必由之路。尤其是畜牧兽医科技创新与"三农"问题密不可分,在服务"三农"发展中发挥着基础性、全过程的作用。近年来,畜牧兽医行业秉承服务"三农"理念,紧贴"三农"需求,积极进行科技创新,在品种改良、疾病诊疗、药残检测、饲料饲草开发等诸多方面取得了重大成就。并在此基础上积极开展农村技术创新、示范推广、科技培训与咨询等工作,提高农村科技服务质量,为发展现代畜牧业与生物技术产业、保障食品安全与人类健康、建设新农村、服务新农民提供技术支撑和技术服务。Increment of peasants＇ income, growth of agriculture and stability in the countryside has become today＇ s society problems to be resolved. Scientific and technological innovation in husbandry and veterinary is not only effective measures to the challenge of ＂three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers＂, but also the way one must follow or take to promote economy of agriculture. Scientific and technological innovation in husbandry and veterinary is especially inseparable to ＂three problems about agriculture, countryside and farmers＂ and plays a basal role in the service of it. In recent years, with the concept of serving and meeting the needs of ＂three problems about agriculture, countryside and farmers＂, industry of husbandry and veterinary has taken scientific and technological innovation and achieved great successes in the areas of breed improvement, disease diagnosis, analytical methods for medicine residues, feed and forage grass development and so on. And on these basis, industry of husbandry and veterinary actively carries out technological innovation training, demonstration and extension, training and consulting work in countryside, improves the quality of services in rural science and technology, and provides technical support and services for the development of modern animal husbandry and biotechnology industries, food safety and human health, building a new countryside and servicing new farmers.
