摘  要:针对工业上高浓度氨氮废水吹脱法处理存在的缺点,改进了传统吹脱塔内部结构,并采用高效填料。在温度40℃,pH≈11条件下,气液比由(3000~5000):1降至(1000~2000):1,氨氮吹脱率提高至95%以上。新型可再生氨吸收液对吹脱尾气中氨气的吸收率可达99.9%.饱和吸收液再生率达91%以上.释放的氨气经两级冷凝吸收后可获得10%。20%的氨水。氨吸收液经5次吸收一解吸循环实验,氨吸收率均保持在99.9%以上,解吸率达91%以上。Aiming at the disadvantages of the treatment technique of highly concentrated ammonia-nitrogen wastewater by air stripping method applied to industry, the inner structure of traditional air stripping tower has been improved,and a highly efficient packing has been used. Under the conditions of 40 ℃ and pH ≈ 11 ,the gas liquid ratio is evidently decreased from (3 000-5 000):1 to (1 000-2 000):1, and the ammonia-nitrogen air stripping rate increases to above 95%. A novel recycled ammonia absorbent can improve the absorbing rate of NH3 in the air strip- ping tail gas as high as above 99.9% ,and the regenerating rate of ammonia is above 91%. Meanwhile the ammonia gas released from the absorbent regeneration process subjected to the two-stage condensation absorption can get 10%-20% of NH3 "H20. After the absorbent subjected to five times of absorption-desorption circulating experi- ments, the ammonia absorbing rate maintains at above 99.9% and the desorbing rate above 91%.
