摘 要:以电厂废弃物粉煤灰为原料,对其进行表面改性以达到扩大粉煤灰孔径的目的。在粉煤灰表面接枝高分子季铵盐基团,以克服因生物固着生长而使滤料纳污能力降低的问题。另外考察了改性粉煤灰在含油废水中的应用。结果表明,对20 g粉煤灰改性,季铵盐的用量1 mL,反应时间6 h,改性粉煤灰的杀菌率可达90%。在最佳工艺条件下,即温度30℃,吸附剂投加质量浓度33 g/L,pH=10,改性粉煤灰对油的去除率在90%以上。The fly ash from a power plant waste has been used as raw material and its surfaces are modified, so as to expand their pore diameters. The polymer quaternary ammonium salt group is grafted on the surfaces of fly ash, in order to avoid the problem of lowering the pollutant carrying capacity of filter from the biological fixation growing. The application of modified fly ash to the treatment of oil-bearing Wastewater is investigated. The results show that the bactericidal rate of 20 g fly ash, which was modified, can reach 90%, when the dosage of quaternary ammonium salt is 1 mL, and reaction time 6 h. Under optimum operating conditions: the temperature=30 ℃, mass concentration of adsorbent=33 g/L and pH= 10,the oil removing rate of modified fly ash is above 90%. The regenerative experiment of fly ash has been studied, and the regenerative effect is favorable.
