摘 要:分别采用次氯酸钠、Fenton氧化处理含间硝基苯磺酸钠的退镀废水,探讨了二者对退镀废水COD、色度、硝基苯类和苯胺类的去除效果,以及Fenton预处理对电镀废水处理系统的影响。结果表明,次氯酸钠对硝基苯类、苯胺类基本无去除效果,Fenton预处理过程中,HO.首先氧化去除EDTA、柠檬酸钠等有机物,而后再去除硝基苯类和苯胺类有机物,最终可使出水的硝基苯类、苯胺类达到污水排放一级标准。NaClO or Fenton oxidation has been used respectively for treating the deplating wastewater containing sodium 3-nitrobenzene sulfonate. The effects of both of them on the deplating wastewater COD, ehroma, and removing efficiency of nitrobenzene and aniline are discussed. The effect of Fenton pretreatment on the electroplating wastewater treatment system is also discussed. The results indicate that NaCIO basically has no removing effect on nitrobenzene and aniline. In the process of Fenton pretreatment, EDTA and sodium citrate and other organic matter are firstly oxidized and removed by HO., then nitrobenzene and aniline are removed. At the end, the nitrobenzene and aniline of the effluent can reach the first class discharge standard of wastewater.
