摘  要:传统CAST工艺广泛应用于城市污水处理,但在实际运行中常因工艺本身缺少独立有效的缺氧过程,使得氮磷的去除受到限制,出水水质很难达到一级A标准。针对大连泉水污水处理厂传统CAST工艺的实际运行情况以及存在的问题,将传统CAST工艺优化改进为能够高效脱氮除磷的CAST工艺,增设缺氧搅拌过程,缩短曝气时间,在提高出水水质的同时降低能耗。增加缺氧反硝化过程不仅能为随后进行的硝化过程提供较充足的碱度,还能去除相当一部分有机物,减轻曝气负荷。运行结果表明,优化改进后的CAST工艺使出水TN稳定达到一级A标准,TP<1mg/L,NH 4+-N<1 mg/L,同时节省生化池电耗约15.3%。The traditional CAST process is widely used in municipal wastewater treatment. However, nitrogen and phosphorus removal is limited by the process itself which lacks an efficient anoxic phase, hardly reaching the first level A criteria. Based on the actual operation situation and the existing problems of Dalian Quanshui Sewage Treatment Plant, the traditional CAST process is modified by adding the anoxic stirring and shortening aeration time which can improve the effluent quality and save energy. Adding the anoxic stirring can provide the following nitrification process with enough alkalinity. Furthermore, a fairly large amount of organic matter is removed, which surely reduces the aeration load. The operation results demonstrate that the modified CAST process enables the effluent TN to meet the first level A criteria (TP 〈 1 mg/L and NH4 - N 〈 1 mg/L) and saving the energy consumption of 15.3% in the biochemical tank at the same time.
