摘 要:为明确不同大麦品种冠层温度差异,应用红外测温仪对大麦的冠层温度进行长期观测,并测定花后功能叶的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,调查部分农艺性状,探讨冠层温度与灌浆结实期功能叶生理特性的关系。结果表明,不同大麦品种的冠层温度存在极显著差异,与法瓦维特(CK)相比,95-83、D-18的冠层温度持续偏低,甘啤4号、哈瑞特和99-6的冠层温度持续偏高;与冠层温度偏高品种相比,冠层温度偏低品种功能叶的叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质、MDA含量及SOD活性等在灌浆前期差异不明显,但在灌浆中后期差异显著;相关分析表明,冠层温度与千粒质量、株高、叶面积呈负相关或极显著负相关。可见,不同大麦冠层温度存在差异,且温度型与对应植株功能叶生理特性优劣及农艺性状密切相关。In order to clarify the difference of canopy temperature among different varieties of barley,using infrared radiation thermometer on the barley plant canopy temperature for a long observation.And the determination of chlorophyll,soluble protein,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,MDA of the functional leaves after flowering and some of the agronomic traits were to confer the relationship of physiological characteristics of functional leaves between canopy temperature and the filling stage.The results showed that there were significant differences in canopy temperature of different barley varieties,in comparison with Favorit(CK),95-83 and D-18 showed continuous lower canopy temperature,Ganpi 4,Harriet and 99-6 had continuous higher canopy temperature.The chlorophyll content,soluble protein,superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and MDA content of the functional leaves were not detected significant difference at the early grain filling stage,but obvious significantly differences were detected at the late filling stage between the varieties with different canopy temperatures.Correlation analysis showed that canopy temperature was negatively correlated or highly significant negatively correlated with 1 000-kernel mass,plant height,and leaf area.It could concluded that canopy temperature was different between the different barley varieties and canopy temperature type had close relationship with the physiological characteristics of functional leaves and agronomic traits of corresponding varieties.
