摘  要:分析杂交水稻汕优63长穗期4个叶龄时期根系蛋白质组表达差异,研究水稻长穗期根系生长发育特性分子机制。4个时期根系蛋白质经双向电泳分离,共得到差异表达蛋白质点19个,经质谱分析,有16个得到鉴定。其中7个与根系细胞分裂、分化密切相关,3个与根系能量代谢传导相关,3个与根系蛋白质合成相关,3个与根系抗性相关。可见,随长穗进程,根系细胞分裂、分化能力下降,根系生长受阻,成熟度逐渐提高。Using proteomic analysis,an investigation which aimed at discovering the molecular mechanisms of the root development character was carried out in hybrid rice Shanyou 63.Proteins were extracted from roots of rice collected from four different leaf-ages respectively during booting stage,and were separated by running 2-DE(two-dimensional gel electrophoresis).The obtained four 2-DE gel maps were analyzed by Imagemaster 2D Elite 5.0,which allowed the identification of 19 significantly differential expression protein spots,among which 16 proteins were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry.These proteins include seven factors of cell division and differentiation,three proteins linked to energy pathway,and three factors of protein biosynthesis,as well as three proteins involved in antioxidative/detoxifying enzymes.The expression abundance change and function of identified proteins showed that along with the panicle development,root cell division and differentiation declined,which weakened root growth and led to root maturation.
