摘  要:以不同产地的桔梗种子为材料,研究不同质量浓度(0、0.005、0.01、0.02、0.03和0.04 g.mL-1)核桃叶水浸液对桔梗种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,低质量浓度(0.005、0.01、0.02 g.mL-1)的核桃叶浸提液对不同产地桔梗种子的萌发有明显的化感促进作用;随着水浸液质量浓度的提高对受体的促进作用逐渐减弱并消失,甚至表现为抑制作用。在试验质量浓度范围内,核桃叶水浸液对桔梗种子的幼苗根长、苗高、相对电导率、可溶性糖含量及可溶性蛋白含量均表现为促进作用,最佳作用质量浓度为0.02 g.mL-1。核桃叶水浸液可以在某种程度上促进桔梗种子萌发和幼苗生长。Taking the ballonflower seeds from different regions as test objects,this paper examined the allelopathy effects of water extracts of walnut leaf,with different mass concentrations(0,0.005,0.01,0.02,0.03 and 0.04 g·mL-1),on seed germination and seedling growth of balloonflower.The results showed that at low concentrations(0.005,0.01,0.02 g·mL-1),walnut leaf aqueous extracts stimulated the rate of seed germination significantly.With the concentration increase of the aqueous extracts,the stimulating effects gradually decreased,and even changed into inhibition.The results of investigation indicated that walnut leaf aqueous extracts enhanced the root length and shoot height of receptor plants,relative electricity conductivity,content of soluble protein and soluble sugar of receptor plants were promoted,and 0.02 g·mL-1 treatment had the biggest allelopathic promotion.Walnut leaf aqueous extract can promote seed germination and seedling growth of balloonflower.
