摘　　要：目的:探讨磁共振成像技术(MRI)在儿童肘关节外伤中的应用。方法:我院儿童肘关节外伤患者,X线未示明确骨折而症状明显,共50例。行MR检查归纳其MRI影像学表现。结果:骨骺骨折13例,关节软骨骨折5例,骨挫伤19例,正常13例。结论:MRI以其独特的成像特点,能清晰显示骨骺、软骨、软组织等,能准确判断儿童肘关节外伤的性质和范围。对治疗方案的确定及愈后有着重要指导作用。Objective： To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in the diagnosis of Pediatric elbow injury. Methods： Children in our hospital elbow trauma patients X - ray is not shown clearly abnormal symptoms, a total 50 cases, Induction of MRI imaging manifestations. Results：Epiphyseal fractures in 13 Cases, Articular cartilage in 5 Cases Bone bruise in 19 Cases, Normal in 13 Cases. Conclusions：MRI its unique imaging features, can clearly display the epiphysis cartilage, can accurately determine the elbow joint in children traumatic nature and scope . On the treatment planning and prognosis have an important role in.
