摘　　要：为规范和提高我国大动物试验的生物安全,以及建设大动物试验用生物安全动物舍提供借鉴,在分析和比较国内外生物安全重大事件和目前大动物试验条件的基础上,考察和研究美国与加拿大动物实验室的设计理念、硬件设施、软件管理及动物尸体与废弃物处理等程序。大动物试验的生物安全关系到我国畜牧业健康发展和社会稳定,应学习和借鉴欧美国家高科技含量的大动物试验室和人性化设计的理念和管理。我国应根据各地资源和社会环境建设与国际接轨的大动物试验用生物安全动物舍,并探索建立在实践中逐步完善的大动物实验生物安全综合防控体系。To standardize and improve the biosafety of livestock experiment and provide the data for building livestock experimental facilities, based on analyzing and comparing domestic and overseas biosafety severe events and current livestock experimental conditions, the design idea, hardware facilities, software management and procedures of disposal of animal carcasses and wastes in the United States of America and Canada were analyzed and studied. The biosafety of livestock experiment related to healthy development of animal husbandry and social stability. Our country should study and use the humanized design concept and management system of state - of - the -art livestock experimentation facilities in western countries for reference so as to design, build and operate experimental livestock biosafety facilities, based upon the best international practice according to resource and social environment of various regions in China.
