摘 要:DDC(显示数据通道)是基于I2C协议的用于主机与显示器通信的标准。针对DDC参考较少及用纯软件实现DDC较难的问题,文章基于软硬件协同开发方法实现了易于系统集成的DDC功能,并在FPGA上构建了集成有DDC功能的PCI显示控制器原型系统,设计了基于Intel X86架构的BIOS。实验结果表明,该原型系统可以兼容DOS、Windows、Linux和VxWorks等操作系统;主机可通过它完成与商用显示器的双向通信,并获取显示器配置信息。DIN2 is a communication standard between host system and display. Aiming at the problem that it is lack of reference for DDC and it is difficult to implement DDC by software, this paper implements DDC function with easy system integration based on software and hardware co-development methodology and builds a PCI display controller prototype that integrates DDC function. The BIOS based on Intel X86 architecture is discussed. The experiment results show that the prototype is compatible with prevailing operating systems, such as DOS, Windows, Linux and VxWorks; the host system can communicate with commercial displays bi-directionally and get the configuration information from them.
