医学生为艾滋病病毒感染者 病人提供医疗保健服务意愿的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨对艾滋病病毒感染者与艾滋病病人提供医疗保健服务意愿及其影响因素。方法 2009年3月30日至4月5日,采用分层整群抽样的方法在济宁医学院抽取06级5个专业484名医学生进行自填式问卷调查。结果医学生愿意为爱滋病病毒感染者和病人(PLWHAs)提供医疗服务、增加防护措施才愿意为PLWHAs提供医疗服务、不愿意为PLWHAs提供医疗服务分别占30.3%、62.7%、7.0%。医学生为PLWHAs提供医疗保健服务的意愿与性别(P=0.004)、每月可自由支配的花销(P=0.029)、歧视态度评分(P=0.046)、是否害怕接触PLWHAs(P=0.000)、是否认为大多数感染了艾滋病的医护人员都是在工作中感染的(P=0.000)和如何对待PLWHAs(P=0.000)有统计学联系。结论医学生艾滋病相关知识掌握不全面,职业防护知识贫乏,部分同学不愿为PLWHAs提供医疗服务。Objective The aim of the present work was to discuss that the willingness to provide health care services for people with HIV/AIDS（PLWHAs）and the influencing factors among medical students. Methods Ques- tionnaire surveys were conducted among a total of 484 medical students recruited by stratified cluster sampling in Jining Medical University. Results Participants who were willing,unwilling and willing but asking for increasing protective measures to provide medical care for PLWHAs account for 30.3 %, 7.0 %. 62.7 % respectively. Medical students＇ willingness of providing health care services to PLWHs was related with the gender（P = 0. 004）, monthly discretionary expenses（ P = 0. 029）, discrimination attitude score（ P = 0. 046）, whether fearing of contacting PL- WHAs（P=0. 000）,whether thinking that most HIV-infected paramedic were infected in their work（P=0. 000）, and how to treat PLWHAs（P = 0. 000）. Conclusion This study showed that AIDS related knowledge was inadequate and the knowledge of professional prevention was lack amongst medical students. Some students were unwilling to provide health care services to PLWHAs.
