摘　　要：文章主要对算术编码的编码理论和译码理论进行了详细阐述,具体分析了算术编码在实际译码中存在的误差,并说明了在算法中实现算术编码的基本思想。This paper elaborates the arithmetic coding and decoding theory, detailed analyzes the arithmetic coding errors of coding theory in the actual decoding, and describes the algorithm to achieve the basic idea of arithmetic coding.
