军队干部血尿酸水平与心血管疾病危险因素相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨军队干部血尿酸水平与心血管疾病危险因素的相关性。方法随机抽取来院疗养的军队干部454人,测定血尿酸、血压、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、空腹血糖、腰/臀比,数据采用SPSS 15.0软件包进行统计分析。结果无论男女,血尿酸水平随年龄的增长逐渐升高,女性在绝经期(≤50岁)以前血尿酸水平与其他各年龄段及男性相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血尿酸水平与收缩压、三酰甘油、空腹血糖、腰/臀比存在明显的相关性(P<0.05),与舒张压、总胆固醇无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论血尿酸水平影响收缩压、三酰甘油、空腹血糖、腰/臀比,高尿酸血症是心血管疾病的独立危险因素。Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid level and cardiovascular risk factors in military officers.Methods A sample of 454 military officers was taken from those who stayed in the convalescent home.Serum uric acid,blood pressure,triglyceride,total cholesterol,blood sugar on an empty stomach,waist/hip ratio were measured for the study.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 15.0 software package.Results Regardless of gender,serum uric acid level increased gradually with age.At the same age,the level of serum uric acid for female（≤50 y） before menopause was obviously lower than that of the male.There was obvious correlation between serum uric acid level and systolic pressure,triglyceride,blood sugar on an empty stomach and waist/hip ratio,however serum uric acid level was not significatly correlated with（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Serum uric acid level has some effect on systolic pressure,triglyceride,blood sugar on an empty stomach and waist/hip ratio.Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for the cardiovascular disease.
