摘  要:采用低温穿流工艺制备了新型苯酐催化剂,通过考察活性组分的负载量和催化剂的强度,确定了适宜的催化剂制备工艺条件:黏结剂添加量(基于原料中活性组分前体的质量)10.0%,喷涂装置主机转速8.0~8.5 r/min,喷涂时热风进口温度130℃、出口温度80℃。SEM和XPS表征结果显示,低温穿流工艺与高温制备方法相比,催化剂活性涂层致密均匀,强度明显改善;涂层内活性组分分布均匀,有利于催化剂活性和稳定性的提高。单管模试评价结果表明,在空气流量为4.0 m3/h、进料中邻二甲苯质量浓度约为90 g/m3、盐浴温度约为355℃的条件下,苯酐质量收率达到112%以上;且催化剂抗频繁开停车能力强、稳定性好。A new catalyst for oxidation of o-xylene to phthalic anhydride was prepared through a low temperature cross-flow process.Through investigation of the active component loading and the catalyst intensity,the appropriate conditions for the catalyst preparation were determined: adhesive dosage(based on mass of the active component precursors) 10.0%,host rotational velocity of the device 8.0-8.5 r/min,spraying hot air inlet temperature 130 ℃ and outlet temperature 80 ℃.SEM and XPS characterization results showed that,compared with the catalyst prepared at higher temperature,the catalyst prepared through the low temperature cross-flow process possessed the advantages of the evenly distributed and dense active coating,improved mechanical strength,and uniformly distributed active components,which led to improvement of the catalyst activity and stability.The experimental results in the single-tube reactor showed that under the conditions of air flowrate 4.0 m3/h,o-xylene concentration in the feed 90 g/m3 and salt bath temperature about 355 ℃,phthalic anhydride yield could reach more than 112%.The catalyst had good stability.
