摘　　要：详细分析了高层住宅建筑的火灾特点和火灾危险性,从改造卫生间作为避难场所等方面提出了一些新的意见和建议,并就当前高层建筑火灾防范提出了相应的对策。Fire characteristics and fire hazard of high-rise build ing were analyzed in detail, using bathroom as a refuge place was proposed, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed on fire prevention of high-rise building.
