摘　　要：本文对粗饲料的定义进行了综述，并对酶处理粗饲料技术及其缺陷进行了介绍，指出单一或单独用酶制剂来体外降解粗饲料特别是秸秆等物料，效果较差，作用有限。This article reviewed the difinition of roughage and the enzymatic technique used to degrade it and the defects of the technique were also introduced. Furthermore, it was pointed out that effects of single enzymatic preparation to degrade roughage especially straws were poorer. So the enzymatic technique would be useful but not so much.
