289例妇女月经模式与血清基础促卵泡刺激素水平调查

摘　　要：目的 通过对妇女月经模式及血清基础卵泡刺激素变化的调查,寻找有助于预测卵巢功能变化的简便临床手段。方法 选择35～49岁未绝经女性289例,以每5岁分组,对比各组月经周期、经期及经量变化,并检测血清基础卵泡刺激素(basal follicle stimulating hormone,bFSH),进行相关性分析。结果 随年龄增加月经规律性下降;35～40岁组稳定性高,40～44岁组周期明显缩短,45～49岁组周期延长、长短不一及跃过者比例均最高且经期变化最大。经量变化各组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。月经模式中现状规律与否、周期、经期与年龄和bFSH之间相关性具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 45～49岁组月经稳定性下降,主要表现周期先缩短,随后逐渐延长。故临床上可以通过月经模式中月经规律与否结合月经周期及经期变化情况初步判断卵巢功能的降低;bFSH有助于进一步明确这一判断。Objective To study the simple clinical method for predicting the ovaries metergasis through investigating menstrual patterns and serum basal follicle stimulating hormone （bFSH） changes. Methods The data of menstrual cycle, menstrual period, the menstrual amount of change and bFSH level from 289 premenopausal women which were 35 - 49 years and were divided three groups according to each 5 ages were made correlation analysis. Results With the age increasing, menstrual regularity decreased; Menstrual circle in 35 - 40 - age group was high stability, while in 40 ~ 44 - age group period markedly shortened. Menstrual cycle in 45 ~ 49 - age group was lengthened, and the proportion of different lengths over were the highest and menstrual changes was most obvious. The changes in each group showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Menstrual regularity, menstrual cycle was significantly correlation with menstrual age and bFSH level （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Menstrual regularity in 45 - 49- age group decreased and main symptom showed menstrual cycle shorten and then lengthen. In clinical menstrual regularity and menstrual cycle can predict ovarian function and bFSH level can contribute to further clarify it.
