摘　　要：采用"七国两组织"中文专利数据库,检索1985年1月1日到2010年12月31日期间的LED原材料相关的中国专利文献,建立LED原材料中国专利数据库。了解该技术在国内外的发展历史及最新研究进展,通过分析该技术专利的申请总量趋势、主要专利拥有者的分布、IPC分类号分布等,从而为LED原材料技术的进一步开发及完善提供参考和依据。＂The seven countries and two organizations＂patent database is chosen,LED patents of raw material between January 1,1985 and December 31,2010 are collected and the LED patent database of raw material is established.the article introduced the developing history and the latest research progress,and analysed the total amount of patent applications and the key patent holders＇ distribution and the patent of ICP distribution.Thus guidance for the further development and perfection of the LED technique of raw material is offered.
