摘 要:为了查明香港巨牡蛎(Crassostreahong kongensis)的摄食和代谢与个体规格的关系,本研究在实验室条件下采用流水系统研究了不同规格香港巨牡蛎的滤水率(FR)、摄食率(IR)、吸收率(AE)、耗氧率(OR)和排氨率(NR)的变化规律。结果显示:1)个体规格对香港巨牡蛎的滤水率、摄食率的影响都极显著(P<0.01)。滤水率和摄食率与干组织质量之间的关系方程分别为:FR=3.5685W-0.5901,(R2=0.9564);IR=20.396W-0.5392,(R2=0.9679)。个体规格对吸收率的影响不显著(P>0.05)。2)个体规格对香港巨牡蛎的耗氧率和排氨率的影响极显著(P<0.01),耗氧率和排氨率与干组织质量之间的关系方程分别为:OR=1.2208W-0.4448,(R2=0.9481);NR=0.0743W-0.4691,(R2=0.9224)。个体规格对O∶N的影响不显著(P>0.05),不同个体规格下O∶N平均值为18.09,表明在本实验条件下香港巨牡蛎代谢所需要的能量主要由脂肪和碳水化合物提供。In order to make clear the effect of sizes on the feeding and metabolic physiology of Crassostrea hongkongensis, the variation of filtration rate (FR), ingestion rate (IR), absorption efficiency (AE), oxygen consumption rate (OR) and ammonia excretion rate (NR) under different sizes were studied at laboratory conditions by using a running water system. The results showed that: (1) Sizes had a very significant effect on filtration rate and ingestion rate of Crassostrea hongkongensis ( P 〈 0.01 ). The relationship between dry tissue weight and filtration rate and ingestion rate were as follows: FR =3. 568 5W^-0.5901, (R^2 =0.956 4) ; IR =20.396^W-0.5392, (R^2 =0. 967 9). Sizes had no significant impacts on absorption efficiency of Crassostrea hongkongensis ( P 〉 0.05 ). (2) Sizes had a very significant effect on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Crassostrea hongkongensis ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The relationship between dry tissue weight and oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate were as follows: OR = 1. 220 8 W^-0. 4448, ( R^2 = 0. 9481 ) ; NR = 0. 074 3 W^- 0. 4691, ( R^2 = 0. 922 4). The sizes had no significant impacts on the ratio of O : N (P 〉 0.05 ). The values of O : N ratios were 18.09, which indicated that the Crassostrea hongkongensis in the experiment mainly utilized carbohydrate and lipid as their energy sources.
